OZ-P Bouwkunde is an independently operating department within the van den Oever, Zaaijer & Partners architecten firm of architects, which makes use of its parent organisation's organisation and facilities. In the past years this department has developed expertise in the fields of construction management, construction costs, cost monitoring, formulating building specifications and working out technical details of building projects.

OZ-P Bouwkunde carries out projects for both our parent company's own architectural design department and fellow architects. With the establishment of this independently operating department our parent organisation responded to the present trend of architects' firms increasingly often farming out the engineering work involved in architectural designs to specialised third parties. In the past few years our department has participated in ambitious projects of foreign architects realising building work in the Netherlands. For the technical aspects of their projects they required a Dutch partner who was familiar with local regulations and working methods.

OZ-P Bouwkunde differs from other engineering consultancies and technical drawing firms in that we have direct relations and affinity with an architectural department, thanks to which technical details and architectural design can be perfectly coordinated. Meticulous detailing with sustainable and durable materials will guarantee any design's quality - now and in the future.

Like van den Oever, Zaaijer & Partners architecten, OZ-P Bouwkunde employs an ISO-certified Quality Management System. The two systems are organised so as to seamlessly supplement one another in order to guarantee process quality, from design to engineering details.
