Each project is guided by a project team from the schedule phase up to and including completion. The project team consists of a senior architect, a project architect or assistant designer and a project manager with draughtsmen, assisted by internal and external specialists for sub areas.
In consultation with the client careful analyses of the proposed project are made to arrive at an agreed programme of requirements and preferences. In these analyses the available budget, the locality and the relevant building regulations are taken into consideration. Then, if necessary, studies of areas and masses are made. These studies, together with the architectural criteria and the technical and financial aspects, are submitted to the client for comment and discussion. Only when agreement has been reached on these points is a complete sketch design prepared, which in turn serves as the basis for the definite building plan.
